MEET MANDY ARROTT
Leadership Rooted in the Western Way of Life
Mandy Arrott founded Westera to give Western and rural organizations access to experienced executive leadership without the expense of building a full-time internal team.
Raised on a Montana cattle ranch, Mandy grew up immersed in agriculture, ranching, and rodeo. She later moved to Texas on a rodeo scholarship to Tarleton State University and began her professional career with Pro Equine Group, supporting established Western brands including Cactus Saddlery, Cactus Ropes, Heel-O-Matic, and Fast Back Ropes.
Her work spanned creative, marketing, sponsorships, brand communications, and product development, including collaborating with 26-time World Champion Trevor Brazile on the development and launch of his Relentless signature clothing line.
Today, Mandy combines that industry experience with a broader background in executive operations, financial oversight, compliance, sponsorship development, marketing, and large-scale event management. She helps lead two award-winning PRCA ProRodeos, with responsibility spanning financial performance, partnerships, vendors, volunteers, and event execution.
For Mandy, the Western way of life is also personal. She and her husband are raising their children in Stephenville, Texas, with the same connection to agriculture, rodeo, and Western values that shaped her.
